**About the Role**:
**How you will contribute**
- Administrative processing and handling of customer orders and special requests
- Order acceptance and order entry
- Quotation preparation
- Telephone scheduling of customer orders
- Compilation & provision of data for further processing in the warehouse/ disposition area
- Deadline monitoring of customer orders and feedback to the relevant departments and the customer
- Acceptance and processing of customer complaints
- Billing for services rendered
- Creation of customer related KPI's

**Your Key Qualifications**
- Completed training as a forwarding merchant or comparable training
- Practical experience in the commercial area of a forwarding agency is desirable
- Fluent in written and spoken German
- Knowledge of English is an advantage
- You are a team player, have good communication skills, are reliable and stress resistant.
- You enjoy dealing with customers and technical systems
- You work independently and are characterized by goal-oriented, proactive work with high self-demand.
