**Job Summary**: Our International Residential Investment & Asset Manager headquarter in Berlin is actively growing their Asset Management team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Management of asset management in Germany with responsibility for the achievement of our goals
- Cooperation with other head of in departments in our company, guiding of technical property management, maintenance, new construction, modernization
- Taking over acquisition processes from an asset management perspective and carrying out commercial due diligence
- Development & implementation of asset management strategies with Regional Manager, Head of Letting, and Head of Technical Property Manager
- Monitoring and analysis of the regional and competitive market
- Market, location and competition analysis as well as assessment of rental prices in relevant regions

Qualifications:

- Completed economics or real estate studies and/or a comparable real estate qualification / real estate specialist or similar.
- Many years of professional experience specifically wiht Residential Asset Management
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong team leading skills and open minded team player
- German and English, both spoken and written
