Senior Product Specialist

Delivery Hero is building the next generation global online food-ordering platform. **Your mission**:

- You will be the Senior Product Specialist (f/m/d) for our European markets and the glue between the markets, business stakeholders, and the central tech teams.
- You will be a leader at the forefront as this role requires strong collaboration across various teams and being the focal point for all internal stakeholders
- In this role, you will be responsible to bring market insights to the central product teams, and empower the local team to make product decisions and changes for the market. In addition, you will help to shape pragmatic solutions that solve regional problems and can also benefit the global platform.
- Analyze data and internal user feedback to build solid business cases to support and justify feature development.
- Manage complex projects end-to-end to improve the customer journey and to help us achieve our ambitious growth targets.
- Drive implementation and adoption of innovative features throughout the entire organization.
- Provide strategic guidance to our global development teams and the prioritization of new opportunities.
- Ensures critical path timelines are met, resource needs are understood and project prioritizations and timelines are visible and communicated to management and stakeholder.
- You will continuously monitor and analyze the main product KPI’s.
- You will update and educate the local
- and regional teams on new product features being released on the consumer platform.

- You hold a university degree in either business, engineering, e-commerce, online marketing, natural science studies or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years working experience in a fast-paced environment i.e. tech start-ups, consulting, e-commerce, performance marketing or innovation.
