Senior Product Designer

Are you a Senior Product Designer who is passionate about joining a purpose-driven community that is dedicated to building an ambitious and diverse work environment?
As a Senior Product Designer, you will join a cross-functional team and iteratively improve user experience with solutions that address customer needs while meeting business goals and technology constraints.
Your Role:
- You will help your team across all stages - from ideation, concept, wireframes, visual designs, and testing to development and iteration.
- Ensure a simple and fun experience for our users as they move through the platform.
- You will work with overarching design patterns to ensure a consistent user and brand experience.
- Facilitate ideation and support in user interviews and other research methods.
- Contribute to building and refining the design system
As a Senior Product Designer, we are looking for someone that has a keen sense of visually appealing and functional design. You have previous experience working within a design system and your biggest strength is in breaking complex systems down into easy-to-use interfaces.
**German and English** language skills are a must.
Job title - Senior Product Designer
Working set up - Hybrid, with a minimum requirement of 5 days onsite required per quarter
Office Location - Berlin
Salary - €65k-€80k + 15% variable bonus
