Head of Influencer Marketing (m/w/x)

At The Female Company we are building a strong community-driven & educative brand over all channels whilst working data-based and KPI oriented.

As our Head of Influencer Marketing, you are responsible for...
- managing an influencer team of 3
- contracting macro influencers and celebrities for performance as well as brand campaigns as #TestLikeAPornStar or One Girl One Cup
- integrating our influencers & partners in co-branded products and events
- improving central KPIs as ROAS, AOV, new customers...
- improving along the acquisition funnel: from influencer briefings to landingpages and product offering
- analysis and reporting

Dein Profil
- 4+ years in influencer marketing experience (D2C / beauty / health industry is a +)
- you are an organizational talent & highly structured
- you are analytical and data oriented
- you are hands-on and love to get things done
- fluent German (you will be responsible for DACH region)
