Specialist Ramp-up and Change Management

In this role as Specialist Ramp Up & Change Management you will become part of Infineon's dynamic Power & Sensor Systems division. As such, you will be responsible for the initiation, driving and monitoring of all ramp up as well as manufacturing and product change activities for your assigned products. In your new role you will:

- **Represent supply chain in new product development process **from project release phase until successful ramp up completion in alignment with your supervisor
- **Support project management **in synchronization between various milestones (e.g. chip, technology milestones) to meet overall timeline
- **Support master data set **up **according to project requirements
- Planning, ordering and **executing of sample orders **across multiple international sites
- Help to organize and **moderate ramp up teams **in the proper project phase to assure timely execution of early ramp as requested by marketing/customers
- **Support global product changes**: assessment of strategy and scenarios, PCN/Info Note and Customer Information Package preparation, co-ordination and implementation
- **Support a smooth transition from old to new variants/processes **and perform proper **handover to Supply Chain Planner**

You have a clear notion of how innovation contributes to the commercial success of your department and focus your efforts on finding solutions that offer real added value. Further, you think and act in a cooperative way, make use of diverse teams and are eager to work with a cross functional scope. Thereby, you remain aware of the big picture even in complex situations and weight up opportunities and risk carefully.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A **degree in Business Administration **, **Industrial Engineering **or **Supply Chain**:

- **First relevant **work experience in the area of supply chain**:

- **Good **organization skills **and preferably **first project management experience**:

- **Affinity towards IT **based solutions and digitalization**:

- **Experience in working with cross-functional teams **from different countries**:

- **Excellent **communication skills **, **intercultural competence **and a **proactive working style**:

- **Fluent **English **language skills, German is a plus**
