Specialist Supply Chain Planning and Projects

Embark on a highly operational role where you serve as the bridge between the technical and the marketing sphere. As a Supply Chain Planning and Projects Specialist at Infineon, you will thrive in a dynamic environment of the complex semiconductor supply chain. Your ability to work independently will be crucial as you master the complexities of the semiconductor supply chain and serve as the link to ensure smooth operations. In addition, you will be embedded in an exceptionally international team and environment where your adaptability and cross-cultural communication skills will be crucial to success. This Position is limited to two years.

In your new role you will:

- **Optimize Demand and Supply Plans **of a specific product portfolio
- **Manage tight supply and customer allocation **in alignment with Product Marketing
- **Plan and maintain inventory targets **based on stock range objectives agreed within the organization
- **Develop ramp-up scenarios **, consider them carefully in the planning process, and monitor their execution
- **Act on behalf of Supply Chain **in product change projects by defining Supply Chain related activities as part of the project requirements and aligning the implementation of product changes with various stakeholders
- **Contribute to reaching production milestones **in a timely manner, and ensure Infineon’s ability to deliver to our customers
- **Work out solutions with interdisciplinary teams **, e.g. Development, Product Marketing, Product Management, Quality Management and Frontend-/Backend manufacturing departments

You take on new challenges without knowing the right path to a possible solution in advance, while remaining aware of the big picture even in complex situations. You think and act in a cooperative way, and clarify areas of responsibility, coordinate your work with colleagues, and regularly share your insights with them. Furthermore, you work conscientiously on making things better, faster, and more efficient and support the team in striving for the goal of “zero-defect”.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A degree in **Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, **or similar, ideally with a focus on Supply Chain or Production Planning
- **Ideally first working experience **in Supply Chain related jobs
- Able to **work independently **and coordinate multiple parties
- Ability to **handle complex semiconductor supply chain**:

- **Can handle **decision-making under time pressure **in allocation times**:

- **Basic experience in **project management **is an advantage**:

- **Excellent communication **skills and being a team player in an intercultural environment**:

- **Fluent English skills **(written and spoken), German will be an added advantage**
