Head of Fp&a Business Process Management

**Responsibilities**:

- Take ownership on Business Financial Process design and optimization by developing, streamlining or enhancing procedures and its efficiency (e.g. pricing policies, revenue models) as well as supporting projects to change business structures (e.g. BSS process) or the companies’ Financial Framework
- Drive crossdivisional / crossfunctional processes of budgeting and planning (e.g. HC planning, SKU / item planning) by working close with other departments to align templates, timelines, milestones and expected output
- Orchestrate the budgeting and analysis process of shared global cost within Sales & Marketing function incl allocation to Business Units and collaborate closely with ESD and TSD BP
- Support to further enhance financial reporting, analytics, commenting within the matrix of Business units and functions in collaboration with the FPA pillars of financial data & systems and Finance Management Analytics Services (Finance MAS)
- Provide crossfunctional / crossdivisional projects with financial expertise as well as provide financial insights to support business initiatives
- Take care of change management and good communication of Global FPA into organization (to finance Business Partners, regions etc., e.g. by orchestrating and collecting input to the monthly walk-in session)
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis alongside with monthly, quarterly, yearly financial reports
- Support to other FPA pillars to structure and execute the reporting & budgeting process down to regional level, provide processes, scheduling & tools
- Manages wide team of finance experts covering 3-5 direct reports
- Strong organizational knowledge of commercial processes in Olympus

Your qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s desirable)
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A or related roles
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and business acumen
- Experience in a multinational or complex organizational structure
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- High experience in working with MS Office (especially Excel and Powerpoint)
- Having expertise in working with Hyperion financial consolidation management system
- Strong knowhow on P&L simulation and consolidation.
- Fluent written and spoken English as well as excellent communication skills are required
- Manage a team of financial analysts and senior analysts
- Mentor and guide team members in financial modeling, reporting, process design

- Comfortable working in a global organization across multiple cultures

- Strong knowledge in budgeting and financial forecasting
- Strong knowledge in ERP accounting and finance systems

- Experience in Project/Portfolio management, either as a Project Manager or Finance controlling function
