Auf diese Aufgaben kannst Du dich freuen

  • Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des internationalen Business Process Owner Office sowie Aufbau eines transparenten, leistungsorientierten Teams.

  • Definition, Priorisierung und Optimierung globaler Kernprozesse und KI-Projekte in Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen.

  • Erstellung eines unternehmensweit gültigen Referenzprozessmodells und Verantwortung für das gesamte Projekt- und Prozessportfolio.

  • Förderung bereichsübergreifender End-to-End-Prozesssicht und kontinuierlicher Verbesserungen inkl. Lean-Methoden.

  • Sicherstellung von Best Practices in Prozessanalyse, Re-Engineering, Messung und Change Management.

  • Mitwirkung an der strategischen Roadmap der Workwear Division und der globalen KI-Agenda.

Diese Fähigkeiten zeichnen dich aus

  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im strategischen und operativen Prozessmanagement mit. Wenn du dann noch über ein abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar) verfügst, freuen wir uns sehr. 

  • Du hast Führungserfahrung in interdisziplinären, internationalen Teams sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, KPI-basierter Steuerung und Prozessautomatisierung.

  • Technologische Affinität zu Digitalisierung, Datenanalyse, KI und Systemlandschaften (CRM, ERP, HR) ist ebenso wichtig wie eine ausgeprägte Umsetzungsstärke, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ein lösungsorientierter, serviceorientierter Arbeitsstil.

  • Erfahrungen mit QM-Systemen sind von Vorteil.

  • Du sprichst Deutsch auf C2 Level sowie Englisch auf C1 Niveau.
