Germany has established a new manufacturing subsidiary for high-performance TPE compounds and masterbatches, operating a modern production facility in the Sohar Freezone, Oman.To support the commercial development of this business, we are looking for an experiencedSales & Business Development Managerwho will gradually build international customer relationships and develop sustainable sales activities acrossEurope and the United States.This position combinesstrategic market developmentwith hands-on sales work and close coordination with production and management.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and expand international sales activities for TPE compounds and masterbatchesIdentify and approach suitable customers, distributors, and partners in target marketsManage key accounts and establish long-term customer relationshipsAct as the commercial interface between customers, production in Oman (>10,000 t/a capacity), and the Hamburg head officePrepare offers, support pricing discussions, and participate in contract negotiationsMonitor market developments, applications, and customer requirementsSupport product positioning and portfolio development based on market feedbackRepresent the company at customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry eventsYour ProfileDegree in Chemistry, Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a comparable technical qualificationSeveral years of experience in B2B sales or business development within polymers, TPEs, or compoundsGood understanding of polymer processing and compoundingExisting industry contacts with processors, OEMs, or distributors are an advantageStructured, reliable, and commercially minded working styleAbility to work independently in an evolving organizational environmentFluent English required; German is a plusWillingness to travel internationally as requiredWhat We OfferA responsible sales role in an experienced teamClose cooperation with management and productionOpportunity to help shape commercial processes and market presenceCompetitive compensation package with performance-related componentsInternational business environment with long-term growth perspectiveStable, engineering-driven organization with short decision pathsInterested?We look forward to receiving your application or to a confidential initial discussion.
