Zur Verstärkung unseres Talentmanagements suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin in Vollzeit eine:n **Learning & Development Specialist (m/w/d).**

Ihr Aufgabengebiet
- Identifikation des Lern
- und Entwicklungsbedarfs unserer Mitarbeitenden und (Weiter-)Entwicklung einer korrespondierenden Strategie in Einklang mit unserer Unternehmensstrategie
- Ausführung unserer Lern
- und Entwicklungsstrategie durch die eigenständige Entwicklung, Organisation, Durchführung und Begleitung geeigneter Lern
- und Trainingsmaßnahmen unter Berücksichtigung terminlicher Erfordernisse und des Budgets
- Entwicklung von Lernpfaden/Training Journeys für bestimmte Zielgruppen sowie diesbezügliche Beratung von Management und Mitarbeitenden
- Monitoren, Bewerten und Überwachen unserer Schulungsmaßnahmen hinsichtlich ihrer Effektivität und Qualität nebst bedarfsgerechter Prozessoptimierung
- Verwaltung bestehender L&D-Aktivitäten
- Kontinuierliche Überprüfung des internen Bedarfs und der Marktentwicklungen zur Sicherstellung der Zukunftsfähigkeit unseres L&Ds
- Unterstützung der Abteilung Talentmanagement im Tagesgeschäft, inkl. der Mitarbeit an abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten

Anforderungen
- Hochschulabschluss in BWL, Personalwirtschaft/-entwicklung o.ä.
- 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich HR oder Talentmanagement, davon mindestens 2 Jahre in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Lern
- und Entwicklungsmaßnahmen für Mitarbeitenden
- Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (jeweils in Wort und Schrift)
- Gute Kenntnisse der gängigen Office-Tools sowie im Umgang mit den üblichen Softwarepaketen (MS Office, Excel, Power Point usw.)
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift
- Selbstständigkeit, Selbstbewusstsein sowie Innovationsfähigkeit und Lösungsorientierung
- Teamplayer mit positiver Einstellung und der praktischen Mentalität, Dinge zu Ende zu bringen
- Ausgezeichnete Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Personalentwicklungsthemen wie Trainings
- und Workshoporganisation, Leistungsmanagement, Organisationsentwicklung, Führung und Unternehmenskultur
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Karriere
- und Talententwicklungsansätze und Lerndesign-Methoden, einschließlich Online
- und Blended-Learning
