As **Blended Learning Specialist (M/F/d)** at Merz Therapeutics**,** you will help us realize our Omnichannel Strategy by defining and implementing a multi-channel training and development framework and toolset. Within our Central Commercial Organization (CCO)** **department, you will be our expert supporting our global and local Medical, Marketing, and Sales teams in implementing new customer engagement approaches by creating learning and capability development concepts and facilitating knowledge sharing. Are you ready to become our Organizational Change Manager? **YOUR CONTRIBUTION** - Analyzing the capabilities and needs of stakeholders in headquarters, regions, and local organizations - Implementing learning and change approaches in collaboration with the Human Resources department - Developing stakeholder-specific learning pathways and building blocks that align with the overall strategy - Developing success metrics to measure the omnichannel strategy adoption - Supporting local marketing and sales initiatives by ensuring platform adoption and addressing adoption barriers - Facilitating best practice sharing for cross-functional collaboration - Tracking progress of change initiatives to achieve intended results **YOUR PROFILE** - University degree in Education, Adult Learning (pedagogics), Human Resources, or a related field - Extensive experience in learning and development, commercial excellence, and/or marketing and sales training - Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing effective learning and change programs - Demonstrated expertise in blended learning, methodology, and didactics - Experience with learning management systems and e-learning development tools - Excellent written and spoken English language skills; German language skills are desirable - Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to effectively collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds - Profound knowledge in organizational change management (OCM) - A reliable, structured, and independent approach to work with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment **YOUR BENEFITS** - Permanent contract with long-term career prospects - Flexible working hours, which enable a great work-life balance - Attractive location with good transport links and modern-equipped workspaces, incl.
