**Your role and responsibilities**:
We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our team and drive the design and implementation of innovative talent development strategies. Become a part of our multinational team with around 300 employees from more than 33 different nationalities in Europe. Diversity is our strength We are looking forward to welcoming highly motivated new members to our HR team of currently 8 employees.
**Your tasks will focus on the following activities**:
- You drive internal training and learning measures and further develop our Learning & Development concept.
- You identify and evaluate the training measures regarding the effectiveness and quality with the overall goal to improve our processes.
- You work with in collaboration with the other HR team members to align learning initiatives with our strategic goals.
- You further map the digital infrastructure of existing processes such as development planning, and training in collaboration with the HR Business Partners.
- You identify improvement opportunities for our internal processes and implement them seamlessly.
- You plan and execute all learning and development strategies by independently organizing and implementing suitable training measures.
**Your profile**:
- You have a university degree in business administration, human resources management/development or a comparable qualification.
- You have at least 3+ years of professional experience in HR or talent management, especially in the implementation of learning and development measures.
- You have a strong understanding of HR development topics such as training and workshop organization and performance management.
- You have talent for organization and very good knowledge of MS Office such as Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- You are solution-oriented and have a hands-on mentality.
- You have very good communication and negotiation skills with a high degree of empathy and a professional demeanor.
- You have business fluent written and spoken German and English skills.
