Become a part of our global deugro group Academy in Hanau, Germany. For the next possible date we are looking for you in fulltime as Learning and Development Specialist (m/w/d).

You will contribute to global Learning and Development solutions in line with the deugro group Academy and HR strategy, with the goal of developing the right skills and talent for deugro group to continue thriving into the future. We are looking for a person able to collaborate closely with Global HR regarding employee development and succession in line with company growth and make a real and valuable contribution to all functions of the organization.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Collaboration on development and introduction of a global internal personnel development programme
- Implementation of a global management training programme for current and future managers
- Use of LMS software (Cornerstone) for training organisation and administration
- Expansion of the global deugro group Academy
- Development of an external trainer network, considering local, regional, and global requirements
- Active contribution to the transformation from a push to a pull learning culture
- Active participation in the design and development of a global succession planning process
- Contribution to global Learning and Development projects and local/regional initiatives
- Development of learning for all worldwide deugro group entities
- Facilitation of coaching and training for deugro group employees from a variety of cultures in more than 40 countries

**What you can contribute**:

- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, adult / continuing education, learning programme development, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a learning and development department
- Detailed understanding of training processes and record of implementation of process improvement
- Experience using data to analyse learning needs and measure Learning and Development success and impact
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement an HR L&D strategy designed to support and deliver business solutions
- Demonstrated experience working in an international setting and with different cultures in a decentralised organisation
- Experience working with a global Learning Management System (Cornerstone)
- Project management skills, as well as strong networking and communication/interpersonal skills
- Experience developing and promoting learning resources and programmes
- Very good presentation skills and excellent verbal and written in English
