**Executive assistant (M/F/d)**

**Your responsibilities**:

- assist executive: scheduling, travel management incl. travel expense accounting, reporting
- interpret and translate in German, English and if possible Japanese
- office communication and organization
- reception of guests
- office management
- prepare, minute and follow up meetings
- administrative support of new and outgoing staff
- control and manage invoices
- process payment and issue standing orders
- document management
- coordinate logistic processes in cooperation with our Japanese parent company
- manage company cars and car insurance
- Asset management of all IT devices
- contract management

**Your profile**:

- commercial training or a comparable qualification
- at least 2 years of relevant working experience
- business fluent in the German and English languages (written and spoken)
- Japanese language skills are an asset
- team-plyer, reliable and flexible
- excellent communication skills
