Interested in working within the disruptive **blockchain** industry and being a part of the **Web 3.0** revolution?

With two former Ubisoft studio managers as CEOs and a fully doxxed team, Unagi is currently composed of 20+ experienced members and is operating fully remote, employing people from various countries (France, UK, UAE, Poland, Croatia, Germany etc.).

We are developing Ultimate Champions, an on-chain fantasy sports platform using **NFTs**. The first project, a football game for the mainstream audience, was already launched in April.

**WHY WE ARE LOOKING FOR MORE GAME DESIGNERS?**

To reinforce our game design team in order to both produce new features and do LiveOps.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Fluent English
- Minimum **2-3 years** of professional experience as a Game Designer in any game genre
- Basic experience running live operations on a game, optimizing live features
- 70% on live operations tasks - optimizing the retention and monetization **KPIs** of the game
- 30% designing new feature concepts and specifications, working in close collaboration with other production teams.
- Common Game Designer challenges on a live product.
- Working with established tools / pipelines
- Optimizing **KPIs** with minimum technical support
- Very independent, only requiring peer discussions and reviews to improve the quality of the work produced not to start it.

**TOOLS**:

- Excel (Advanced)
- Figma (basic)
- Adobe suite (basic)
- Bonus : 3D softwares, video editing, and any other art production software.

Contract length: 3-6 months

**Salary**: 45,000.00€ - 65,000.00€ per year
