- to high-voltage motors, geared motors, medium-voltage converters and motor spindles. **The role.**

As a our new expert, you will be responsible for analyzing, identifying and implementing process optimization and digitization initiatives in our company. You will support us in implementing Lean principles and projects along the entire value chain (E2E), contributing to the improvement of processes and systems in our four plants worldwide.
- You will be responsible for conducting Lean analysis to identify areas where process improvements need to be made.
- In doing so, you are in charge of developing and executing plans to implement Lean principles across all departments.
- In this context, you will also conduct workshops (Kaizen, CIP, SMED, etc.) on your own responsibility.
- You will be responsible for developing KPIs to monitor progress in the implementation of projects.
- You will identify processes that can be digitized and independently develop plans to implement digitization initiatives.
- In addition, you will develop training programs and conduct employee training on lean principles and digitization initiatives yourself.

**Your profile.**
- You have a degree in engineering, business administration, computer science, business informatics or similar.
- You have already gained several years of professional experience in the implementation of lean/digitization methods and tools.
- You have experience in the selection and implementation of software and technology platforms.
- You also have experience in training and supporting employees in the use of digital tools and technologies.
- You have profound knowledge in the automation of processes and in the use of tools such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AI (Artificial Intelligence).
- You also have a deep understanding of data management, data analytics and the use of data to improve business processes.
- Fluency in German and English, complemented by a willingness to travel worldwide, rounds your profile.
