**Your Responsibilities**:

- Recommend products and assist in coordinating orders
- Provide updates on order and delivery status
- Work closely with our warehouse, tech support, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth operations

**Your Profile**:

- Excellent Dutch skills (written and spoken) and fluent English or German
- Experience in customer service or sales is a strong plus
- A confident, solution-oriented approach to customer communication
- A hands-on mindset and a practical, can-do attitude
