We are looking for you to join us as **an Aftersales Quality Controller (M/F/d) at our location in Karlsfeld (Munich)** as soon as possible, **working 40 hours per week.**

**These are your tasks**
- Receipt, inspection, and processing of customer returns including system transactions and documentation of inspection results
- Inspection of new products according to FS.COM standards and sampling requirements, including documentation and organization of results
- Classification, storage, and management of products with different inspection results or pending inspection
- Collaboration with central departments to resolve quality issues before and after sales
- Internal communication with various departments and interfaces
- Processing of backend system inquiries and issues

**Your qualifications**
- Completed technical education, preferably in electronics or telecommunications
- Work experience in optical communications, networking, or related telecom industries (e.g., quality inspection, after-sales service, technical support) preferred
- **Working language English and Chinese**:

- Responsibility, teamwork, and quality awareness with strong customer focus
- Learning ability, technical understanding, communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with business operation systems
