- Offering information on order and delivery statuses
- Collaborating with warehouse colleagues and technical support/after-sales teams

**Your Profile**:

- Native-level French and business-fluent English
- Experience in customer service or sales is a plus
- Confident and customer-oriented demeanor
- Hands-on approach with a practical mindset
