We are looking for an agile **Talent Acquisition Specialist (f/m/x) **who will join our team of ten people working across Portugal and Germany. In this role you’ll own full-cycle recruiting processes, and work closely together with the People & Culture team and internal stakeholders.

**In this role you will
- Define requirements and prepare interview & selection procedures together with the hiring team
- Screen applicants and conduct phone screening calls
- Create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs
- Host or participate in career events and Employer Branding activities
- Participate and contribute to other People & Culture initiatives

**Qualifikationen**:
**To succeed you need
- At least 2-3 years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, IT Recruiter or similar with a focus on roles in an agile environment
- Proficient on different active sourcing techniques
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview practices and evaluation methods
- To be familiar with recruitment specific technologies like Applicant Tracking Systems, technical assessment platforms, Linkedin Recruiter, etc
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills English
- Capable of influencing people and fostering change in a collaborative way
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within the organization
- You should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships both with potential hires and internal stakeholders
