Lead UX Designer

**Company Description** Join our team as a Lead UX Designer at Ramboll Tech and collaborate with us on digital transformation**

We are looking for an experienced individual to bring AI-driven digital products to life, designing for users, clients, society, and the environment.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- We need your solid UX skills first and foremost: for AI products we're currently developing, you'll assist with user research, robust UX design, and crafting of UI and communication elements
- Quite promptly, we'll be hiring additional UX designers with you, for whom you will eventually take on personnel responsibility. To us, personnel responsibility means making your colleagues the happiest team in our company and actively promoting their individual career planning
- As part of your role, you'll interact with many international colleagues outside of our team, as well as clients, to future-proof Ramboll's service offerings with digital products
- You'll lead workshops, both in person or virtually, to understand product requirements and conceive prototypes
- Collaborating with our domain experts and developers, you will create product strategies for existing offerings
- Within Ramboll, you'll network effectively with various stakeholders, serving as their point of contact for inquiries about Ramboll's AI products
- Project management, including stakeholder and budget planning, will also be among your duties
- You will work with highly experienced colleagues, guiding them through the product development process with organizational and substantive skills
- You will mentor less experienced colleagues and provide feedback

**HOW YOU WILL SUCCEED IN YOUR ROLE**
- You have experience in the conception, development, and implementation of excellent UX in digital products
- You have at least consumer-level knowledge of AI
- Ideally, you have experience leading UX/UI teams
- You are proficient in Figma, FigJam, Miro, and can discuss Typescript, React, and Svelte at the level of frontend developers
- You understand the significance of user research and communication with diverse stakeholder landscapes
- You can communicate your ideas clearly and pointedly at the coffee machine or in PowerPoint presentations for management teams
- You have experience in environment, energy, construction, or consulting, and/or can quickly immerse yourself in new complex topics
- You can confidently moderate both small and large, virtual and hybrid workshops
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You are empathetic and maintain composure when dealing with many stakeholders and various expectations
- You enjoy teamwork and support colleagues in learning from you
- Ideally, you have experience and take joy in leading interdisciplinary teams
- You are fluent in English and ideally also in German
