Team Lead UX Design

**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for a Team Lead UX Design for our UX team to work with passionate enthusiasm and commitment on an outstanding user experience and thus continuously improve our digital Aroundhome products and services.
- You will lead a small team of dedicated UX designers and champion their personal development
- You take on a hybrid role and are at the same time an integral part of one of our cross-functional teams, in which you work closely with our product managers and developers
- You are responsible for the UX design process - from the initial idea, to analysing user needs and competition, to creating prototypes and UX testing together with the UX researchers - and thus ensure an optimal user experience
- Together with the team, you will continuously drive forward the overarching development of our UX, visual design language and working methods
- With your knowledge of different user types, user-centered design principles, conversion optimisation and the latest UX trends, you create captivating and effective design solutions that inspire

**Skills**:

- You have completed a relevant degree or comparable training, have several years of operational professional experience in UX design and ideally have experience in leading small design teams
- You playfully combine a creative and analytical approach and are able to use the data obtained for your design process
- You work independently and self-organised and are a team player with strong communication skills and a healthy dose of humour
- You are enthusiastic about topics related to the home and can empathise well with the thoughts of our customers
- Figma is a familiar tool for you and you have a deep understanding of the world of web development (HTML, CSS)
- You are fluent in English and have a good to very good knowledge of German
