About us

We build products, ventures and engage in partnerships with both well-known enterprises and investors. We're a small team based in Berlin, Amsterdam, and San Francisco, with a shared passion for venture-driven products. We work out of a sunny converted loft in Berlin, Kreuzberg.

The types of projects we engage in range from launching new ideas and supporting in getting first traction, to scaling products to increase user base to several thousand more.

Tasks

What will keep you challenged
- Work side by side with multiple stakeholders and co-founders
- Develop design concepts and prototypes
- Facilitate design workshops for products and services
- Work with human-centric methods in a collaborative design process
- Lead our Design team and use OKRs to set clear goals and objectives for our projects with clients
- Take charge of, optimize, and continually improve our product design approach and process, from start to finish

**Requirements**:
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of Product Design (UX/UI) experience in a user-centric and business-driven environment
- You collaborate cross-functionally with design, research, engineering, product management, and company leaders in an agile approach to take products from concept to launch
- You understand customers by leveraging qualitative and quantitative data. You plan and conduct design research activities to advocate for the customer when making design decisions
- You build delightful experiences by crafting design libraries and creating high-fidelity, polished user interfaces based on carefully validated assumptions, observations, and usage patterns
- You are passionate about UX & UI Design and up-to-date with the latest trends with a strong eye on visual design
- Proficient in high-fidelity design and at least one prototyping tool (e.g. Figma, Sketch, InVision, etc.)
- Clean visual design sense and skills in typography and grids
- Strong knowledge of digital business models and technologies
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. English language proficiency is a must, German a plus

→ A strong portfolio featuring examples of product design work is a must
