**Driver Operations Executive**:
**_ Location_**_: Hamburg_

**YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE**:

- Support our existing Drivers and Partners with various requests
- Develop and implement best practice supply operations across regions.
- Account management and networking within the mobility industry.
- Project Management - support in various projects related to Driver Operations (e.g. Expansion, Multi-Mobility, etc.)
- Cross-functional collaboration with Central Teams throughout the organisation (Pricing, Competitive Intelligence, Marketplace Performance).
- Distribution of FREE NOW outdoor advertising
- Competition analysis inside the Mobility field
- Quality Assurance and monitoring of Driver Performance

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE**:

- Ideally some initial experience in a similar role (Operations, Project Management, Customer Service or Account Management)
- Fluent German skills (C1 level or higher) and good English skills (at least B2 level)
- Comfortable working with and analyzing data sets (G-Sheets, Tableau)
- Good Communication skills (internally and externally)
- Experience in project and stakeholder management is a big plus
