**My duties**
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with external customers
- Provide customer a professional quotation
- Enter customer complaints in the system and provide constant feedback
- Enter and expedite orders in an accurate and timely manner using SAP
- Invoicing the customers/cancellation
- Back-office support to Sales Managers
- Manage the formalized delivery process
- Pro-actively communicate to and with the customer to ensure high customer satisfaction and engagement
- Work closely with other internal departments

**My qualifications**
- Higher education level required
- First experience in Customer Service
- Fluent in German and fluent in English
- Outstanding verbal/written communication skills
- Experienced in working with MS Office and SAP
- Customer orientation
- Ability to learn remotely and work with mínimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to a high level of accuracy
- Excellent team player and ability to work with a larger remote group
- Strong problem solving skills
- Commercial understanding is required
