Our client, a leading financial services organisation, is seeking a German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team in Berlin. Position Overview

As the first point of contact, you will be central to the daily banking team. You will handle customer inquiries across multiple channels, ensuring a positive and helpful experience.
