For our Company Building program “DEEP Pioneers” and to further strengthen our support, we are looking for a **Team Coach "Startup & High-Performance Teams”** (M/F/x, full-time, 40h/week) 1-year limited position, with extension option - start as soon as possible) with a strong background in startup team dynamics, leadership, and high-performance coaching. **As Team Coach you will**: - Coach and develop early-stage founding teams to become high-performing - Identify and resolve team dynamics challenges that could affect startup success - Scout and match entrepreneurs to build founding teams - Design and facilitate structured coaching sessions, workshops, and mentoring formats to help teams develop the skills needed for growth - Work closely with startup mentors, investors, and industry leaders to ensure founders have access to the best insights and support - Support the selection and onboarding of new startup teams to ensure strong team fit and long-term potential - Contribute to DEEP’s team-building methodologies and continuously refine best practices based on experience and new research **Your profile**: - Proven track record in coaching startup teams - ideally with direct experience in team formation, founder dynamics, and performance coaching - Deep understanding of the challenges founders face and the ability to guide them in leadership, conflict resolution, and strategic decision-making - Experience in entrepreneurship, venture building, or leadership coaching within startup ecosystems, accelerators, or innovation programs - Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage both early-stage founders and experienced executives - Familiarity with psychological and organizational behavior principles related to team performance and leadership - A structured yet adaptive coaching approach that balances team needs, business goals, and investor expectations - Fluent in English (German is a plus) **This is what we can offer you**: At DEEP, you will: - Work at the intersection of deep tech, venture building, and leadership development - Engage with a global network of founders, investors, and industry leaders - Have the opportunity to shape high-performance teams that drive the next wave of innovation - Be part of a dynamic, mission-driven environment that values entrepreneurship and collaboration - Be able to join an ambitious and international team and work with us on a new generation of entrepreneurs, startups and innovations.
