We are **vly** - a Berlin-based FoodTech startup. We exist to right the wrongs in the food industry and we do that by creating healthy, plant-based products that make people vly, not sugar-high. After years of R&D, we launched milk alternatives based on pea protein. They not only contain only 1/3 of the sugar content of oat milk but they also won best product of the year in 2022 and have been sold 15 million times. Further, we've created one of the - if not THE - healthiest yogurts on the market and continue to grow with our healthy, everyday dairy alternatives.

You've read the Trillion Dollar Coach. As athletes in team sports, we know how essential a coach is for every individual and every time. We get inspired by characters such as Bill Campbell or even Wendy Rhoades. We believe in order to achieve the extraordinary, we need to continuously work on ourselves and us as a team. That's why we want a coach to help us on the journey.

**Your Role**:

- Much like Bill Campbell, you will become our coach to join and coach us, along our journey.
- Your coaching will range from personal development to performance, leadership, and organizational topics.
- You will_ _coach us - individually, across all levels and functions, and of course - as a team. Your coachees are a diverse group of wonderful people who come from every one of our functions.
- You will be present in our office in Berlin from time to time.

**Your Profile**:

- You have 2+ years of coaching experience and have previously worked with startup teams on individual and group levels.
- You are a passionate coach. It is something you rather define as your calling and your purpose.
- You have showcased extraordinary (team) coaching skills based on listening, empathy, root analysis, building self-reflection, and modeling a motivational process to reach a goal.
- You have a holistic and people-centered approach.
- You are physically present in Berlin, can coach in English and German, and are available for approx. a few hours per week.
- We are open to non-traditional coaching backgrounds A former manager? A sports coach? A student of various schools of life? You name it - please reach out to us

Possible contract types: Freelancing or part-time employment.
