Hi We are Chen, Dominic and Ralph. Our mission is to support Thomann’s tech teams to become self-organized, end2end product teams solving real problems of real customers. But let’s keep the buzzwords aside. If you’re looking for a coaching job without dogmatism, esoterism, PowerPoint sprint reportings or hollow phrases and circlejerks, do not look any further. Join our small community of agile coaches to help our teams create the most inspiring online shopping experience for musicians. Use our toolbox of agile, lean, and design thinking methods or set up an alchemy table to create whatever custom tool is necessary to succeed on our mission. Our agile transition is in full progress, teams are added to our initiatives, and other departments would love to learn about agile and data-driven work.

Therefore, we’re looking for a new but experienced **Agile Coach (f/m/d)** in either Berlin, Erlangen, Treppendorf or fully remote.

**That’s what we need from you**
- At least 3 years experience as an agile coach, preferably in web development or data teams.
- You are experienced in coaching tech teams, engineering managers, and product owners successfully in agile and data-driven ways of work.
- You are able to help stakeholders and product owners to create requirements based on real world data.
- You solve problems by identifying and working on causes instead of handing out pain killers.
- You constantly break down your own comfort zone and not only bring up other’s painful topics.
- You are a diplomat, a mediator, and maybe even data literate.
- Really important: If you read all this, you instantly think you are a perfect fit and could help us to get better every day.
- Proficient English language skills and fluent in German

**That’s what the job will be like**
- You support Kanban or Scrum teams (or something in between) as coach on their day-to-day mission to build awesome features for our webshop, app, or infrastructure.
- You coach teams and parts of our organization to work empirically, customer-centric, and data-driven.
- You facilitate conversations, communities of practice, and workshops.
- You mediate between parties when required or when asked.
- You help us to understand how our tech organization works and to adjust ways of work when required.
- You collaborate with our product owners to find and track metrics corresponding with our business goals.

- Become a person of trust for all our team members and empower our product teams.
- Visit our office locations and gather your teams for onsite workshops (approx. once a quarter per team).
