Die Corporate Care GmbH ist ein mittelständisches Dienstleistungsunternehmen mit den Fachbereichen Finanzwesen, Controlling, Personal und Einkauf. Der Schwerpunkt unserer Tätigkeit liegt in der Betreuung von Unternehmen aus den Bereichen des Facility Managements und des Handwerks.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Erstellung und Analyse von Finanzberichten, Budgetplanungen und Forecasts
- Überwachung und Steuerung der Unternehmensziele
- Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen sowie Abweichungsanalysen
- Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Optimierung von internen Prozessen und Kostenstrukturen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen zur Sicherstellung der finanziellen Ziele

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen/Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Alternativ mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanzcontrolling
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
- DATEV Erfahrungen von Vorteil

Gehalt: 60.000,00€ - 68.000,00€ pro Jahr
