Du bist ein strategischer Kopf mit Leidenschaft für digitale Publikationen?
Als Product Lead Editorial (m/w/d) übernimmst du für unser Editorial-Portfolio die Verantwortung und bringst **innovative Nachrichten-, Ratgeber
- und Info-Formate** voran.

**Was dich erwartet**
- **Strategische Produktverantwortung** für das **digitale Editorial-Portfolio** mit Fokus auf Newsletter und CMS
- **Konzeption und Implementierung innovativer Content-Formate** mit allen Stakeholdern
- **Optimierung der Customer Journeys** in der digitalen Nachrichtenproduktion und Erstellen von **Anforderungen für unsere Publishing Tools** basierend auf Markttrends und Nutzerverhalten
- **Steuerung cross-funktionaler Teams** und Stakeholder-Management (Redaktion, Audience, SEO, Marketing, Technik)
- **Entwicklung und Umsetzung eines KPI-Frameworks** zur Messung der Content-Performance und Nutzererfahrung

- Nachweisbare Erfolge in der **Entwicklung und Skalierung digitaler Produkte** sowie in der crossfunktionalen Teamführung
