International Senior HR Business Partner

**My duties**
- Act as an international business partner as part of the Swiss and Austrian Business Leadership team
- Provide support and guidance and maintains close contact with defined leaders and strategic partner
- Examine, discuss and provide support on Employment Law, HR Policies, HR Processes, etc.
- Develop People & Culture projects to win the hearts and minds of all members within the unit and on European level
- Implementation of employment policies and procedures that are relevant to the business needs
- Provide performance and talent management expertise to ensure a high quality workforce
- Support the HR Director and HR colleagues in DACH across departmental initiatives or projects
- Accomodate HR expertise as well as guidance and advice as a trusted change manager

**My qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in HR management, business administration or related field
- Profound international HR experience, especially within the fields of HR policies
- Critical thinking as well as analytical and problem solving skills with hands-on mentality
- Ability to work across multiple functions within an dynamic matrix environment
- Responsive, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building character
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities paired with strong communication skills
- Experience of managing and analysing HR metrics to develop short, medium or long-term plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German, English and French (Italian is a plus)
