Our Client, a fast-growing infrastructure consultancy company, is seeking few German speakers to join in their Customer Service Team based in Düsseldorf. This position is responsible for daily communication with clients during contract process.

**What you will do**
- Preparing for a Landlord Call: Includes reviewing and researching existing and/or new leases using the company's database/software systems, the Internet, and other sources.
- Find solutions to problems and escalate unresolved issues in a timely manner.
- Compliance with processes. Data Entry and Process Monitoring: Involves entering data into the company's database/software system, Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
- Work with the Admin team to ensure contract documents are issued correctly. Training: Support the training of new employees as required.

**What are we looking for**:

- Native level fluency in German
- Communicate effectively and convincingly on the telephone.
- Basic computer skills with Outlook, Excel and Word are required.
- Set priorities and be self-motivated to work with mínimal supervision.
- Time management. Confident in making incoming/outgoing calls.
- Customer service, data entry, and quality control experience are helpful.
- Experience in the mortgage, insurance or real estate industries is helpful.
- High school diploma. A college degree is preferred but not required.
