Our client distributes beauty products for women - worldwide. The product range includes skin and hair care, make-up products and fragrance. To support order management and customer service of the French market, we are looking for you (M/F/d) to join the existing team.

After a four week training you can perform this role from home - anywhere in Germany

**What will you be doing in this customer support role**:

- You advise customers on products (availability, ingredients, color effect, etc.)
- You keep track of all promotions and promotional offers
- You enter orders in the IT system
- You clarify misunderstood incoming text messages by contacting the customer
- You continuously communicate with the accounting department
- You clarify billing requests and discrepancies
- You maintain customer master data (bank data, billing and delivery address, etc.)
- You record every customer contact in the CRM system
- You file electronic documents

**Who you are**:

- PC knowledge and fluent keyboard typing
- Interested in working with an order entry and customer management system
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients, colleagues and supervisors
- Customer mindset
- Can work shifts
- Highly motivated self starter
- Fluent in French and German
