**Position: Mid-Market Account Executive**
**Location: Baden-Württemberg or remote in Germany**
**Package: Between €180k and €260k OTE (50/50 split) with uncapped commission, stock options, 30 days holidays**

With nearly $1 billion of funding and nearly a decade in business, our client is one of the leading cyber security SaaS providers in the world. The company is massively expanding into Europe with the DACH region being number one priority. They have been operating in the DACH region since 2021 and growing super fast. As the Mid-Market Account Executive, you will target Mid-Market companies in the Baden
- Württemberg area and will be in charge of selling company’s solution to new customers.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
The Mid-Market Account Executive will be responsible for bringing in new clients in the Baden
- Württemberg area with an average order value between €60-80K ARR. This role targets mid-market brands and involves strong negotiation skills, high energy and the hunger to succeed.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Pipeline development through a combination of working with Business Development and Marketing teams
- Qualify B2B prospects
- Manage all phases of the sales cycle
- Collaborate with Commercial Sales Representatives and Sales Management to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive sales-ready opportunities
- Drive opportunities at the strategic and tactical level
- Generate short term results whilst maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation
- Participate in varied sales activities requiring perseverance, preparation, ingenuity, and responsibility
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- A minimum of 5 years of proven track record in Security, storage, SaaS or related sales experience required
- Experience in quota and results-driven roles
- You present a strong commercial acumen combined with excellent new business generation skills
- Great negotiation and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Willingness and ability to regularly travel on business
- Proficiency in German and English
- Confidence presenting to large groups of people
- Experience in using CRM tools
- Process and task-oriented; very organised and diligent
