Customer Support Agent

This is a **6-month fixed-term role** or **available on a freelance basis.**

**Your contribution within the team**:

- Handle support tickets via Zendesk (mostly using templates)
- Communicate clearly and kindly, even for recurring topics
- Escalate more complex requests to the right teammates
- Share insights and ideas to improve the customer experience

**What You’ll Bring to the Team**:
**Language & Empathy**:

- Excellent German (C1 or above; native preferred)
- Italian is a plus, Spanish is a bonus

**Experience & Skills**:

- First experience in customer support (e.g., internships or student jobs)
- Comfortable with digital tools and online platforms
- Familiarity with Zendesk is a plus

**Mindset**:

- You’re open, friendly, and eager to help
- You’re curious about company culture and team spirit
- You bring structure and care
