The vision of our Link product family is to connect life sciences with key people to improve research and patient outcomes.

As an Associate Lead Quality Control, you lead and develop a remote team of 20+ data curators that check if the profiles from our database meet the compliance requirements and quality standards. As part of the quality control team, you propose actions for improving the identification of major issues in the database. Additionally, you plan and monitor the checks required for the compliance of the data sources used in Data Operations. You drive processes as well as technology improvements.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead a remote team of 20+ data contractors
- Plan, control, and execute internal sign-off checks to evaluate data quality
- Identify and eliminate the root causes of quality issues
- Plan and monitor the checks required for the compliance of the data sources
- Own your team´s KPIs (throughput, quality, efficiency, people)
- Collaborate with the data governance team on research rules development
- Collaborate with the software engineering team on process automation
- Escalate all risks and incidents early and unambiguously
- Develop a positive team culture of high engagement, excellent quality and fun

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a field related to business, engineering, or life sciences
- 1+ years of experience managing and developing operations teams
- Experience being on cross-functional project teams
- Good stakeholder management and communication
- Experience with optimizing business processes
- Can use advanced spreadsheet functions (e.g. import ranges, index matches)

**Nice to Have**
- Remote team management experience
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma
- Education in or professional experience with life sciences
