**Deine Aufgaben**:
Als **Head of Technology (m/w/d) **bist du für die Weiterentwicklung unserer Technologie, Software & IT-Architektur verantwortlich.

Dabei übersetzt du die Unternehmensstrategie in technische Entscheidungen und treibst diese - gemeinsam mit deinem Team und der Geschäftsführung - voran.
- Du entwickelst kontinuierlich unseren Teck Stack weiter und sorgst für das perfekte Zusammenspiel aller Technologien.
- Du balancierst Budget-, Entwicklungs-, und Produktprioiritäten und bringst dein Business-Verständnis sowie deine Erfahrung in Produktentwicklungsprozessen proaktiv ein.
- Weiterhin steuerst du übergeordnet unsere Entwicklerteams (intern und extern) und treibst die Entwicklung anforderungsgemäß und nach dem aktuellsten Stand der Technik voran.
- Du hinterfragst bestehende Lösungen, entwickelst neue Produkt-Ansätze und stellst somit unser weiteres Wachstum sicher (für z.B. API-Integration Layer für Second
- und Third-Party Anbindung, White-Label, etc.).

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung von IT-Architekturen und Endnutzer-Lösungen, idealerweise in einer ähnlichen Position.
- Du zeichnest dich nicht nur durch deine technischen Fähigkeiten, sondern auch durch dein stark ausgeprägtes Business-Verständnis aus.
- Außerdem konntest du bereits Erfahrung in der Entwicklung nativer mobile-Apps (iOS und/oder Android) sowie Backend & Datenbanken (ideal: PHP, Node.js) sammeln.
- Du bringst ein breites Kompetenzprofil rund um digitale Projektmanagementmethoden (SCRUM, Kanban, Lean etc.), Technik (Architektur, Schnittstellen, etc.) und Stakeholdermanagement mit.
- Erste Erfahrungen im Aufbau und in der Führung eines Teams und in Startups sind von Vorteil.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch, bringst dich proaktiv ins Team ein und bist motiviert, das Thema Nachhaltigkeit durch Technologie voranzutreiben.
