**About the role**

We are seeking a Head of Finance to provide financial and strategic leadership in our rapidly growing business. As the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for developing a financial roadmap for the company's growth and success. You are passionate about game-changing innovations, particularly in the intersection of technology and healthcare, to enhance patient outcomes.

Your main responsibilities will include leading our great finance team, helping with fundraising, investor relations, financial planning and forecasting, budget reporting, financial modeling, and strategic decision support.

You will directly report to the Co-CEO & Co-Founder.

**What You Need for this Position**
- Master’s degree in Finance or similar degree
- 5+ years of Finance and Accounting experience
- Experience in a VC-backed tech or healthcare company
- Experience with SaaS accounting a plus
- Active CPA a plus
- Experience in M&A a plus
- Experience in healthcare a plus

**Interview Process**
- An intro call with our HR colleague
- An in-depth call with our Co-CEO and Co-Founder
- Stakeholder interview where you will be meeting our Senior Controllers
- A final interview with our Head of Europe
