Aufgaben
- Operational Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans for industrialization, logistics, and supply chain operations in alignment with overall company objectives.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and cost reduction across all operational functions.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Supply Chain Management: Oversee end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, forecasting and distribution, ensuring seamless operations.
- Industrialization: Drive the industrialization process, optimizing manufacturing workflows and ensuring the scalability of production processes.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain robust quality control measures to uphold product standards and customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and customer success, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of operational processes.

Qualifikation
- Proven Leadership: Significant experience in a senior operations management role, with a track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic operational plans aligned with overall business goals.
- Supply Chain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and industrialization processes.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address operational challenges.
- Change Management: Experience driving organizational change and implementing process improvements.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Bachelor's Degree of higher: In a relevant field such as Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Tech Industry Experience (preferred): Previous experience in the technology/ IoT sector and handling hardware supply chains is a strong plus.
