**Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir langfristig einen Head of Technology (m/w/d)**:
**Dein Verantwortungsbereich**:

- Als Head of Technology nimmst Du eine führende Rolle in unserem gesamten Tech Bereich ein. Du strebst nach optimalen Lösungen in allen technischen Disziplinen wie Qualitätssicherung, Softwareentwicklung, Algorithmen, Security, Operations und Data Engeneering.
- Für eine gute fachliche Weiterentwicklung hast Du stets jedes unserer Talente individuell wie auch die Teams als Ganzes im Blick. Du coachtst sie fachlich in allen relevanten strategisch technischen Themen. Dabei förderst Du auch den fachlichen Austausch zwischen den Teams.
- In dieser übergeordneten Rolle wirst Du selbst kaum noch hands-on am Code sein.
- Mit Deiner Expertise gestaltest Du aktiv die Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte mit und bist immer daran interessiert Deinen Horizont zu erweitern und neues Wissen einzubringen.
- Zusammen mit dem CTO entwickelt Ihr strategische Pläne und eine Vision für die technische Entwicklung unserer Produkte. Außerdem reportest Du dem CTO über den Stand von Entwicklung, Betrieb, Qualität und Systemleistung.
- Intern praktizieren wir eine ganzheitliche Führungsstruktur, die fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung als ergänzende Elemente begreift. Deine Rolle wird sich auf die fachliche Begleitung der Teams konzentrieren, während du eng mit den disziplinarischen Vorgesetzten zusammenarbeitest, um motivierte und selbstorganisierte agile Teams zu fördern.
- Als Head of Technology arbeitest Du auch abteilungsübergreifend, bist im regelmäßigen Austausch mit unseren Produkt Ownern, Scrum Mastern, den anderen Head ofs, dem Vorstand und weiteren internen wie externen Stakeholdern, um sicherzustellen, dass die Systeme die allgemeinen Geschäftsanforderungen und -standards erfüllen.
- Bei der Gewinnung neuer Talente unterstützt Du mit Deiner fachlichen Expertise und führst Auswahlgespräche mit.
- Eine wertfreie und transparente Feedbackkultur und Kommunikation sind Dir wichtig und Du gestaltest diese auch aktiv mit.

**Unsere Anforderungen**:

- Du hast fundierte und mehrjährige Erfahrung, hands-on in der Softwareentwicklung sowie ein gutes Verständnis von Software-Design-Pattern, Architekturen und agilen Prinzipien.
- Du bringst Erfahrungen aus Theorie und Praxis mit verschiedenen AWS Anwendungen im Bereich Software Entwicklung und Infrastruktur mit.
- Du hast im besten Fall bereits Erfahrungen rund um die Thema Quality Assurance und Data Engeneering.
- Du bist offen für neue und unsere bisher eingesetzten Technologien wie: PHP, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, Elixir; MySQL, PostgreSQL; Amazon Web Services, Bare Metal.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Begleitung und Entwicklung von Entwicklungsteams ist wünschenswert
- Du besitzt hohe soziale Kompetenz und ein ausgeprägtes Kommunikationsvermögen
- Du hast Freude daran Menschen zu motivieren, sie anzuleiten und ihnen als Ideengeber zur Verfügung zu stehen.
- Du magst es durch analytisches Denken Zusammenhänge zu verstehen, Synergien zu erkennen und Impulse zu setzen.
- Du fühlst Dich sowohl in Deutsch als auch in Englisch in der Kommunikation sehr sicher.
