**Aufgaben**:
We at Mercedes-Benz put our customers in the focus of our efforts. We strive to create a luxurious customer experience at whatever point our customers are in contact with us - whether on digital or physical touchpoints. We build the foundation for a long-lasting customer relationship in the Mercedes-Benz eco-system.

Our team is responsible to enable this luxurious customer experience by providing the personalization technology for all Mercedes-Benz owned communication channels to create a true omni-channel experience.

Changes in customer behavior, digital technologies and business models as well as the current automotive market environment pose fundamental challenges to our marketing activities.

To exceed the high expectations of customers, it is essential to understand our customers and to put ourselves into customer’s shoes and thus, constantly challenge our organization. Therefore, we measure and analyze performance and experience data and derive action items to further optimize our personalization use cases.

As an intern, you will be part of the ‘User Interaction and Channel Orchestration’ team for all tasks related to the implementation and enhancement of our personalization technology tool. The team is part of the department marketing technology where you will be in regular contact with consultants and marketers simultaneously collaborating on enhancing data-driven marketing techniques for Mercedes-Benz. This includes working on different sub-projects to achieve our target: For a unique and outstanding customer experience we provide best and compliant personalization tools.

**These are the exciting challenges you will face:
- You have the opportunity to get to know the world of Salesforce marketing technologies
- You help developing exciting, future-oriented personalization use cases along the customer journey together with experts across the company
- You support the communication with sales regions and markets to implement our software solution worldwide
- You organize and support workshops, prepare management meetings and committees and coordinate open tasks
- You help analyzing the performance of personalization use cases, derive recommendations for action and consolidate results
- You support the team in day-to-day business activities
- You bring in new perspectives through competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify key fields of action to improve our digital marketing activties

- Enrollment in a degree program in Business administration, economics (with a specialization in marketing or data management), business information or in a comparable degree program
- Initial practical experience in related field desirable (e.g., training, internships, part-time jobs)
- Customer focused mindset, proactive mentality, structured working method and strong communication skills
- Confident handling of MS Office (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OneNote), PowerBI of advantage, MURAL of advantage
- Business fluent in German and/or English (we are an international team)
- Distinctive competence in digital topics and understanding of data-driven sales and marketing
- Knowledge about customer experience and personalization strategies and tools desirable
- Project management knowledge desirable
