This initiative involves implementing a software-based platform that will consolidate and analyze both experience and operational data from customer touchpoints across the entire customer journey, including digital and physical interactions in order to identify areas for improvement.The rollout activities for physical (retail) touchpoints began in March 5.The Customer Experience Measurement and Insights team is seeking a Rollout and Project Management Intern with the following responsibilities:Support market Key Accounts with communication tasksManage technical requirements from stakeholdersEvaluate, prioritize, and steer timely project implementationCoordinate with markets, regions, IT, development teams, and external partnersPrepare presentations and reports for project managementGovernance and structural enhancement of internal collaboration and knowledge sharing toolsPreparation of visual and textual material for internal workshopsThis role is crucial for Mercedes-Benz's efforts to elevate its customer experience by leveraging advanced analytics and insights across the customer journey.
