Dabei sind wir mit unserer intelligenten Gebäudesteuerung auf dem Weg, bis 2045 einen klimaneutralen Gebäudebestand zu erreichen.
Als Partner to the Founder (w/m/d) arbeitest du eng mit den Gründern (Sebastian & Florian) zusammen und übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle in unserem Team.
Aufgaben
- Du agierst als Sparringspartner für die Gründer und bringst deine Erfahrung ein, um strategische Entscheidungen zu formen und unser Unternehmen zukunftsfähig zu machen.
- Du bereitest unser Unternehmen optimal auf Investorengespräche vor - von der Analyse und Optimierung unserer Strukturen bis hin zur Erstellung überzeugender Pitch Decks, die die Vorteile unserer Lösung klar aufzeigen.
- Du führst Gespräche mit potenziellen Partnern und Investoren, prüfst Möglichkeiten auf Herz und Nieren und identifizierst Chancen, die unser Unternehmen weiterbringen.
- Du gestaltest und begleitest maßgebliche Initiativen, entwickelst Geschäftspläne und stellst sicher, dass unsere nächsten Schritte fundiert und nachhaltig sind.
- Du erstellst Präsentationsmaterialien, die sowohl Partner als auch Investoren überzeugen, und bist in der Lage, komplexe Zusammenhänge einfach und prägnant darzustellen.
- Du analysierst bestehende Abläufe und Systeme und findest Ansätze, um unser Unternehmen für die nächsten Schritte optimal aufzustellen.

Qualifikation
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaft, Management, Ingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
- Mindestens 1 Jahr Vollzeit-Erfahrung und nachweisliche Erfolge in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld wie einem Startup in einer Schlüsselrolle oder in der Unternehmensberatung.
- Die Fähigkeit, komplexe Herausforderungen schnell zu analysieren und in pragmatische, umsetzbare Lösungen zu übersetzen.
- Eigeninitiative, ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, in einem vielseitigen, dynamischen Umfeld Spitzenleistung zu erbringen.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C2) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (B2).
- Begeisterung für Innovationen, Nachhaltigkeit und die Transformation der Immobilienbranche.
