Your Mission
Are you ready to join a growing team and significantly contribute to the success of a forward-thinking company? As Associate to the VP Growth, you will work directly alongside the VP Growth, participating in exciting projects that drive the growth and scaling of our company. You will leverage innovative technologies to optimize data-driven processes across the entire lead generation, sales, and customer funnel. This is your chance to gain unique insights into the go-to-market engine of a fast-growing B2B SaaS scaleup and actively shape its further development.
Your Responsibilities
- Support in all relevant growth-related topics, from strategic planning to operational execution.
- Collaborate closely with teams from Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive growth initiatives.
- Analyze KPIs and derive data-driven optimization approaches to improve our go-to-market engine.
- Implement and optimize AI-powered processes to enhance efficiency and scale across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Build and analyze data streams across the lead generation, sales, and customer funnels to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Develop and refine workflows in HubSpot.
- Contribute to our key internal projects by working with cutting-edge AI tools and state-of-the-art technologies to usher our company into a new era of productivity.
- Assist in the introduction of new tools, processes, and systems to ensure scalability and future-proofing of the business.

Your Profile
- Education: You hold a bachelor's or master’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Informatics, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or similar.
- Resourcefulness: You are a self-starter who loves tackling new challenges and finding solutions to problems.
- Analytical Skills: You excel at analytical thinking and can structure complex data sets to identify action points and growth opportunities.
- Team Player: You enjoy working in dynamic, cross-functional teams and approach tasks with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
