Tasks
This is a high-impact role for a hungry operator who wants to own real business outcomes and scale at rocket speed. You’ll work directly with one of the founders and help grow our brand, traffic, and lead engine with a mix of no-code automation, content strategy, and first-principles thinking. You’ll learn how to move fast, ship autonomously, and build systems that don't break. The internship is a minimum of 3 months and based in our Berlin Office. This role is for someone who’s obsessed with building leverage through tools, content, and experimentation.
- Launch Like a Pro: Develop and execute our product launch playbook, turning feature drops into multi-channel growth events with a strong emphasis on video content.
- Build Our Social Muscle: Lead the LinkedIn strategy for the entire growth team, crafting high-impact posts and thought-leadership content that drives engagement.
- Make Us Unmissable Online: Own our website, landing pages and blog articles. Develop, execute and scale our AI-powered SEO strategy.
- Build high-velocity content pipelines: Help us dominate traditional and AI search in aviation and ground ops by semi-automized creation of whitepapers, case studies, articles, and more.
- Build Press and Influencer Momentum: Create and execute outreach campaigns to industry journalists, bloggers, and key influencers.

**Requirements**:

- High intelligence coupled with pragmatism, creativity, humility, and a strong bias for action
- Strong drive, curiosity, and a proactive, builder mindset
- Genuine energy for early growth and automations: Exploring how to automate workflows, increase reach and position brand
- Passionate about creating engaging content and spotting the next viral trend
- First experience in fast-paced environments (startups, software, consulting, or tech)
- Tech-savvy and hands-on experience in AI, tools, and modern workflows
- Strong German (fluent) and excellent English
- Structured, proactive, and eager to learn
