**Your role**
- As an intern (f/m/d) you will support the team within the Growth Entrepreneur Initiative [Germany] of the Wealth Management at UBS Europe SE. Our goal is to connect the nationwide innovative founders and scale-ups with our Onebank approach. We thus create added value for everyone and grow together. We are looking for an intern who is ready to shape this process from the start. You will conduct research to identify the most innovative scale-ups and series founders. Together we will work out the project strategy. In addition, you will take over internal and external communication and drive the success of our initiative. You will get an insight of research, business development, wealth management and investment banking.
- Your responsibilities:
- You will support us in developing strategic growth options for the Growth Entrepreneur Initiative of UBS Europe SE.
- You will conduct research and assess relevant markets in depth and screen them for attractive growth opportunities [Wealth Management & Investment Banking].
- You will support strategic projects and further develop it.
- You will take over intern and extern communication with stakeholders.
- You will assist the development of decision documents/ presentations for senior management of UBS Europe SE

**Your team**
- You will be part of our new Growth Entrepreneur team based in the UBS Wealth Management Branch in Berlin.

**Your expertise**
- You are enrolled at a state-recognized university as a regular student during the entire period of activity or hold a degree that is not older than 6 months, and have completed at least two semesters with classes covering management and finance
- You have already gained first practical experience in the area of a Start Up, Venture Capital or Wealth Management.
- You are highly motivated and committed with very good analytical skills and a strong attention to detail.
- You have very good skills in Microsoft Office Applications (Powerpoint, Excel, Word).
- You are fluent in written and spoken German. English language skills are a plus.
