Unsere MissionAt Checkturio, we're building the European leader in fleet inspection and maintenance management. Our B2B SaaS platform helps logistics and transport operators digitize critical operational processes — reducing downtime, improving compliance, and increasing fleet safety.We are an early-stage, Berlin-based startup with a live product, paying customers, and strategic backing. We’re entering an exciting growth phase — and looking for a motivated working student or intern to join our commercial team and help us generate new business opportunities.Your tasksAs a Growth Hacking Working Student / Intern, you will work closely with the Sales Team and CEO to create and execute marketing and growth initiatives that build inbound interest and generate qualified leads.You will be hands-on across content creation, social media campaigns, and marketing automation while also contributing to outbound prospecting efforts. This role is a unique opportunity to structure how a B2B SaaS startup grows its pipeline and converts leads into customers.1. Marketing & Inbound GrowthSupport the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, email newsletters, case studies, PR).Create engaging content for social media, blog posts, and customer stories.Help design materials that attract inbound interest and build brand visibility.Monitor and report on campaign performance, suggesting improvements.2. Growth Hacking & Lead GenerationResearch and identify target prospects in our Ideal Customer Profile.Support outbound outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other channels.Use automation tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn, Apollo, Clay) to streamline lead generation and qualification.3. Sales & Customer Engagement SupportAssist in following up on inbound leads and scheduling meetings or pilot projects.Participate in selected prospect calls and demos to gain first-hand sales experience.Gather and organise feedback from prospects to improve our messaging.4. Data & ReportingMaintain up-to-date CRM records in HubSpot.Track campaign and lead generation metrics.Analyse performance data to spot opportunities for growth.Your profileFluent in German with excellent English skills.Strong interest in marketing, sales, and startup growth.First experience in B2B SaaS or Logistics/Transportation highly preferredGood written communication skills and creativity for content creation.Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Hands-on, curious, and eager to learn.Based in Berlin (or willing to work onsite regularly).What we offerHands-on experience in a growing B2B SaaS startup.Exposure to marketing, sales, and growth hacking best practices.A chance to contribute ideas and see them implemented quickly.Office in Berlin Mitte with an international team.Flexible working hoursPaid working student or internship position with potential for a long-term role.About usChecktur.io enables transport and logistics companies worldwide to cost-effectively digitize and automate their business processes through the use of AI and intelligent software solutions
