**Job Description**:

We are the creative team of ABOUT YOU in Berlin. Our job is to oversee the entire process from the development of our private label collections to the launch. We oversee the entire process from the first design meeting to the official launch of the collection. For the process, we analyze trend searches and develop creative collection concepts with the help of mood boards, color worlds, fabric selections, cuts, and color schemes. The collection is then planned and produced. All quantities and prices are discussed by our creative team and a timeline is created for all people and groups involved in the project. This involves active daily communication with many of the stakeholders such as SCM, marketing or the photo studio. After the collection is finished, performance analysis and analysis of KPIs and the department for further collections are always done again to improve us for the following projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Head the Operations teams for About You Private Labels, which includes SCM, Customs, Sourcing, CSR, Sustainability and Quality departments
- Give support to the different teams, with the best advice from a management perspective
- Lead the implementation of improvements on processes and IT level, across PL teams in collaboration with Business Development and Buying Heads
- Strengthen relationships with mirror departments in Hamburg headquarters
- Manage a team of 4 direct reports, plus aprox. 16 indirect reports
- Report directly to the Director of Operations Private Labels

**Requirements**:

- Degree in economics from a top notch university is desired
- At least 10 years of professional experience in the fields of Logistics, CSR and/or quality assurance
- Experience in fast fashion or online fashion Private Label business would be a plus.
- Very good handling of MS Office (esp. Excel).
- Very good command of written and spoken English.
- High motivation as well as a proactive and independent way of working.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, assertiveness and strong analytical skills.
- Hands-on mentality and problem-solving skills as well as organizational skills.
- Structured operation and reliability even in phases of high loads.
- You are experienced with agile methodologies and understand what it means to have a quality mindset in an agile environment.
